Gloma® Final Product Quality Control
Gloma® recognizes the importance of the high quality of its services and seeks to excel in the international norms of this sector. Our clients benefit from our quality control program which is not only continuously improving, as well as, flexible, in order to reach the individual necessities of everyone.
The Gloma® quality starts well before placing an order, with the choice of materials which guarantees that all products that participate directly or indirectly in the productive process are in conformity with the quality norms demanded by the sector and do not harm the environment. As well as continuing throughout the ongoing improvements and control of production, logistics and administrative processes.
What Tests are performed in Gloma® Final Control? Gloma®?
Our department of Final Control must verify and guarantee that all orders comply with customer requirements.
Thus, at the end of each painting, a visual and mechanical inspection of the finished product is carried out and an individual checklist is filled with samples of the final paint and with the results of the demanding adhererencetests, impact and flexibility tests(resistance) and a visuualinspection f each individual piece, where these parameters are checked: Color; Coating and Texture.
Pieces which are not up to par are always rejected for posterior rectification, or (if this is not possible) they are returned to the customer.
The Final Control checklist is annexed to each Gloma® worksheet and will stay available for consultation for one year.
When an internal nonconformity is identified the process of Internal Nonconformity is initiated to define corrective, preventive and improvement actions.
Continuous Improvement. Rigour. Confidence.
Always aiming to better serve our customers!
