Results Summary: On a scale of 1 to 5, with “1” indicating “Not Satisfied” and “5” indicating “Very Satisfied,” the overall level reached 5, resulting in a satisfaction index of 91.67%.
In a detailed analysis of each dimension, the aspects that our clients find most positive include “Flexibility and excellent cooperation, quick response to order confirmations, friendliness of the team, diversity in finishes, quality, organization, availability, personalized attention, cooperation, and service”.
